Time Gone By

Wow a whole year has gone by and now I am sitting here in the computer room in the 'home' wondering were it all went. Mum bought be the anime series Hellsing. It's really cool. All about vampires and demons and other things that go bump in the night. Reallu nice stuff, a little odd and British/English and it has lots of gore in it. Nothing new has really happened. I think I have grown a little and as usual I have been through many a boy friend. I think I was with John but then we broke up when we got on each other's nerves. Same thing for Jake. I was so nervous before our first date and I ended vomiting, it wasn't so much fun. I still went on the date and I had a GREAT time. It was the longest relationship I have ever had. 2 months. But as usual it ended badly. Now I am with Lachlan. He is wonderful. We have only been going out for 3 weeks. I bought him a T-Shirt that had comic book guy from the Simpsons and he is saying "Worst T-Shirt EVER!" He liked it. In reteurn he gave me a opal necklace with a silver chain. It's so beautiful and I love it. Cost him $68 and it was on a Christmas special with half price. SO in order to out do him (and I thought he might really like the present) I got him the 26 episode set of Cowboy bebop. Don't tell him. Have to go.

Hey everyone

It snowed a few days ago. Me and Cinty had a snow ball fight and it was tones of fun. But they don’t let use throw them at school. I understood why when I saw a girl with a broken arm. She’d slipped on the ice when she was playing in a snow ball fight. They really need to be more careful. I remember last time the hospitals where full of people who had slipped on the ice and either broken bones or sprained something. An odd thing happed on the news tonight. They said that 2 boys, aged 11 and 12 went missing like 11 years ago and they where found only a short while ago. They where taken away from their Mother when they where little (by their Father) and they’ve all been living in the mourntains in a little…shed. When they finally where reunited with their Mother they said “We want to go back and live with Dad and live in the mountains!” WOW! I understand why they would do that though. I mean no school for 11 years! They must be pretty dumb… a_+b =…. BANG *head blown off by pressure*. I made a little comic today. It has me and my mate Jeffa in it and just a random teacher that is called Miss Charles. And no I don’t know anyone who is called Miss Charles. I only have about 23 more days here. That isn’t very long (I know that time can go really fast). I kind of got a crush on a boy in my class. His name is Maxons. He has blonde hair and is cute. He was talking to me today and I was just nodding and then when he asked me to repeat what he just said I was like “HUH?” And everyone was laughing! J . I like running around in the cold cause it warms me up and then I don’t feel so cold. School is going good. I am understanding a little more everyday, and everyone is good. Well almost everyone. I mean you get the occasional idiot that thinks that he can beat me at mouthing off (in either English or French). Then it usally turns to violence and EVERYONE knows how I love a good fight. I’ve never punched someone in the face or kneed anyone in the balls before *evil grin* but there’s a first time for everything! But I won’t break any bones. I don’t want to do that. That’s why I don’t hit ‘em. I am worried that I am going to break them. There are some really adorable boys in my grade but they can get really annoying. The one in my class just loves to hit me over the back of my head, and no matter what I do he never stops. But he is cute and Jacinta thinks he’s REALLY cute, so I can’t kill him properly. There’s 2 more cute kids, both are in Jacinta’s class, and their names are Ronan and Matture. Ronan has a twin that is taller than him, but he is actually a few minutes older. He had brown hair and brown eyes, a big nose, and a narrow face with sticky-outty cheek bones. Matture has blonde hair and yellow eyes! He has a little nose and his hair is always in a spike, and his teeth are a little crocked. Plus his voice is really shrill cause it’s cracking (even cuter!!). When I was in Science we where all quiet and I had just turned on the lights (I am right near the door and that’s where the lights switches are) when there was a knock at the door. It opened and there was Yanik and Matture. Apparently I am supposed to be in love with Yanik but he is SO not cute, sexy or hot. He is like a pig the is on women’s legs!! And he had a huge zit that he popped and then it was all red and when Jacinta told me this I said he was a married Indian women! Not that there’s anything wrong with the red dot. In fact I think it’s… mysterious, not to mention it brings out their eyes. Ok back to the class, Yanik and Matture said something to the class. Stumbled and then laughed, we all laughed too. Then when they had finished Matture said goodbye and just as he was about to close the door he saw me and shrieked BYE! I just giggled and said bye back. He’s just TOO CUTE!!!! But he drives Jacinta up the wall, like Tomah (that guy who likes to hit me in the back of the head) does to me. I miss Australia a lot but I will be home soon. I got hit by loads of snow balls, thanks to the boys who like to torture me! My nails are getting longer so now I can claw at them. Other than that nothing much has happened. I am finishing off EVIL GUENIUS again and hopefully I will fully understand it this time (everyone has code names and it gets confusing!) and if I don’t then I’ll just have to read it again!!! But I better go to bed cause Jacinta is really tired. We got a new internet place that is in the tourist buorow that is just down the street from our house so that should make things a lot easier when it comes to email!! LOVE YOU ALL

Hey everyone

Nothing interesting is happening. I’m in Maths and I’m bored shit-less (even though it’s my favourite class here) so I decided to write for my blog. Things here are cold. It’s about -3 degrees outside. Sue and me are gonna go swimming and then I should be doing Internet, but I’m not sure. I got another letter from Mum yesterday. She said it’s raining a lot and the lawn is basically up to her eye-balls, so if I was at home I would probably get lost in the grass. Jeffery also sent me a letter (FINALLY!!!) It was unpaid mail though so it took longer to get here. He wrote his on the 16^th and Mum wrote hers’ on the 23^rd, that’s 7 days difference and they both got here at the same time! Jeff said it rained for the first time in 2 years and now everything’s green. Here, if it rains, the water freezes before it can be sucked into the ground (more like cement). I’m looking out the window and the crows seem to be excited about something. About half an hour ago we had Music. I got scarred cause they had a test and I had to do it too. We are singing a song and me and my friend didn’t have enough time so we’re on next week. So here’s the song:

Another Day In France

Tuesday 27^th January 2009

8:07 a.m.

Vie De Classe

Well it’s about -3 degrees outside and about 20 or something in this classroom. The boy opposite me just poked his tongue out at me but I know he’s just pissed, at this class. Not surprised. In vie de classe all we do is talk about how the class is doing. Like who is being bullied by who and who is being a bitch. Nothing new. The teacher was shocked when I told her we didn’t have classes like this in Australia. I mean we have councilling where you spill your guts to a complete stranger, but we don’t have the WHOLE class there to listen to you. Lots of kids are still staring at my Aussie tattoos that I wore for Australia day, yesterday. Today I took my left ears’ stud out and put in my feather ear ring. Remember the one that I wore when you, Shan and me went fishing Mum? They’ve also been pointing at that too. When I was in China I bought a shit-load of jewellery. I bought a necklace that had a metal ball with a smaller ball inside it. Mum thought it was great and I am wearing that now too. Now they’re talking about me in the class. Asking what affect I have on them and all that shit. Translation, I’m screwed. Not that I have done anything bad. I try to get a long with all of them but they can get a little annoying. There’s loads of talking. I think they like me, I HOPE they like me. I had a good lunch yesterday. This packet/pocket thing that was battered/fried. The inside was egg and a yummy sauce. The pocket itself was made out of cows’ leg, I think. That was companied with steamed (canned veggies that have been heated) vegetables that tasted alright. We had my 2^nd favourite desert. My favourite is a little tub (like a yougert tub) of chocolate moose with whipped cream on top. It’s called a Dannette. My 2^nd favourite is a chocolate eclier. YUM!!! Like chocolate moose that is surrounded by a puff pastry that pretty much desolves in your mouth. And to top it all off it has chocolate icing on the top. Mouth watering! Other than that nothing is happening and I better get ready to go to my next class.

1:22p.m. A few seconds into Science

Ok so lunch has just finished. I’m 113 pages into the book CARRIE written by Stephen King. Very good book. This’ll be my 2^nd time, reading it, and I now understand more. Mum says she read the book and watched the movie (I think) and she said it was ok (I think!). She also said Stephen King was in a car accident and his writing changed. She said she read/watched Christine and she liked it, but when she read Diary of a Cannibal she hated it. Christine was before the car crash and Diary of a Cannibal was after. I haven’t seen or read either of them so I wouldn’t know. I have read Carrie and watched the 1974 movie and the 2007 remake. I’ve also watched Pet Semetary and Pet Semetary 2. Both where good. I remember reading/watching something about the little boy who played Gage. I think he became a famous child actor but when he got to his teens he started to experiment with drugs and he died in his early 20’s, I think. At lunch we had a similar dish to the one that we had in my… second week of school here. It’s like a beef stew and it also has noodles. They’re like the ones you get in a Chinese/Tai take away box. Not too bad I liked yesterdays more. They’re having a Science test today so that’s why I am not participating.

HAPPY AUSTRALIA DAY!!!

Monday 26^th January 2009

Wow I am happy that I am not in some of the other parts of France. So far there have been snow-ins, floods and winds that pick boats out of the water. And all of this has happened in the places that I could’ve been living in. We are getting colder and colder. When I was riding home from school I looked at the grass on the side of the road and guess what I saw??? Where there was sun there was dew covered grass, but where there was a shadow the grass was covered in frost! FROST I TELL YOU!! But that was nothing to what we are gonna have. In the time when I will be going back to Australia there is meant to be LOADS of snow. God I hope that none of my flights are delayed. I would hate to be stuck in a country with no one except for Foo Foo (my little toy bunny rabbit). Other than the horrible weather nothing much is happening. The kids here went nuts when they saw me and Cinty wearing fake Australia tattoos. They where all like “Wow,” *point* “Australiaaaaaa!” Really? I thought they said China! Jeez! It’s like looking at a fruit bat and saying “It’s a fruit bat!” But what’re ya gonna do? My stories are going good. I’ll send some out to the family when it’s typed up and stuff. It’ll take me a long time though. So far I have written 36 pages and 18,573 words. Not bad for someone who was gonna make it a short story! Me and Sue are going to start riding to the pool that is in Dorlisime. That’s 7 k’s there and back. Then we are going to do loads of laps in the pool. I really wanna get muscles cause I am sick of looking weak. I am going good. I took my Mum’s advice and now I life cans in my spare time when I am at home. So I do about 200 times on either arm. Then I get on the floor and do 20 sit up. So that’s 20 sit ups for every 100 can… pumps. ;) . Well it’s late and I need to go to bed. I have an 8 hour day tomorrow and no free periods!!! But I will hang in there!!!! Oh and before I go I had my first lunch time French tutors. It was fun. I learned a few new words. We played this picture game when you get a card and you have to draw whatever the card says and the other people have to guess what it is. I got 2 of them. 1 was allerges (said the same way in French) and 2 was brief case. Better go. LOVE YOU ALL!!!

IT'S THE WEEKEND!!!

Hey everyone!! It is FINALLY the weekend. Next week is a lot better cause I get off at lunch for like 5 days. But Sue is insiting that I stay for the whole 9 hours on Thursday, even though I get 2 hours off after lunch and I CAN go back for the 2 hour swimming lesson. BUT NO!!!! I have to stay in permances and bang my head into the desk. *sigh*. I wrote a letter to Mum in French. I also have another one that I am gonna send tomorrow.. I HOPE. So the sun is shinning and it's about 4 degrees. Nothing new has happened today. We had sports and that was fun. Gymnastics. Oh can French boys bend!! hehe. About 5 of the guys in my class have a six pack and when we had to basicly stand on our heads their shirt fell down. HEHEHE!!! But I should quit drewling. Umm.... on the news a kid from a different school attacked a pregnant teacher. He was cleaning the board and he started trembling. He turned around and had a pair of scissors in his hands and he tried to stab the teacher. She didn'd get hurt though so that's good. Well I better go and let Sue have the computer before her head blows up with bordem. Love you all!!

It's Raining it's pouring!!

Funny how it is too cold to snow but it can rain! When we biked to the railway station this morning I think i gathered more water than a hand basin. Then once I stood still for 5 seconds guess what happened? THE WATER FROZE!!!! I had to brush off all this frost and it looked like dead skin. Do frogs shed skin?? I mean not like snake but like have dead skin peeling off here and there?? I wonder. Well nothing new has happened. Still isn't snowing though we are due for it. The family is excited about me comeing home (even though it's not for another 2 months peoples!!!). I had to wear my coat in Maccers today cause it was so cold!! My chair was also sqeaky so I might have driven some of the other customers crazy. SO I better go and check my emails. Miss everyone and love you ALL!!!

ANOTHER PACKAGE!!

YAY!! Mum’s parcel came today. Exactly 8 days after she wrote the letter that was inside. I can understand that having Shan as a helping hand (and a sack-goat) would be pretty cool. She sent me an awesome book called VAMPIRE BEACH BLOODLUST by Alex Duval. MUM! So much food. The first set of Tim Tams, I haven’t even eaten half. I can’t wait to rip into the chips (just brushed my teeth so I can’t) and I am gonna start reading the book either tomorrow or the next day. Guess what happens on Thursday? Instead of having a 9 hours school day (including lunch) I now have a 5 hour day and I really don’t have to pay attention to any of it. Rosheim is due for snow tomorrow. Sue has taken some photos of my snowman and it is tilting sideways. Tomorrow I’m gonna get her to film me killing him and then she’s gonna make a new one (a lot fatter than my stick figure one). So Mum says that I should talk about the food. Well… the bread here, lets just say that Cinty loves it more than I do. I mean the stuff at school is REALLY nice with the sauce that they give us, but some of the other bread makes me run for the hills. There is a little shop that is a few minutes away from our house and it has a really tasty treat called an eclier. I love it but it’s really fatty so I try and only have one once a week (with all this junk food Mum and A.T. have sent me I shouldn’t even be thinking about chocolate). The food at the cafeteria is usually good but it does vary. Nothing much has happened in Rosheim I am sorry to say. I will be taking some photos and I am making a list of what to do when I get back to Australia. I miss everyone and wish you could all be with me here. It’s cold but it was somewhat warm today. I’m writing to a few people and they should get in less than 2 weeks. So I will write more about some other random stuff tomorrow. Sorry this is short but I haven’t had very much free time on my hands lol . So LOVE YOU ALL!!!

Feeling Better

Hey everyone. So I am still sick from Saturday but I am a lot better. When Mum called she said I sounded like I had tonsillitis. But I’m not really having trouble with the whole swallowing thing. Plus I had a KILLER headache and whenever I got up I thought my head was going to fall off. Same with the coughing. But the headaches gone and the cough is still there (FLEM!!). So Mum says things in Australia are good. I miss everyone and I know they miss me too (at least they better or I’ll fly home and knock their heads together!!). Here I am Sick again

Man oh man. Mum gave me a call and said that it sounded like I had tonsillitis. It feels like it too. I mean I can swallow but it hurts when I do. When we came to Rosheim I had something like I have now. But I won’t complain to much, cause some people have it worse than me. Hey is it true that parents will watch their children sleep? I wouldn’t mind if Mum and Shan did that with me (long as I was asleep). But I don’t think those two will be able to get through all of the shit that surrounds my bed. Speaking of bed! I am really tired and I wish I could write more but, I better get a good nights sleep so I can get better. LOTS OF LOVE TO EVERYONE!!!

9th Friday January 2009

Hey everyone. I am really sad cause one of my fav chickens died. Poor thing. I cried a lot when Mum told me. The Mac's that we usally go to is outta order (so to speak) and we can't go back there till 22nd. But we have found another one that is just a train and walks away from Rosheim. SO nothing much else has happened. Snow's stopped here. News says it was the coldest December that France has had in 10 years (wow must've been HOT those times!). So we got swimming tomorrow again. As I said I am the fastest in my class. But I need to practise my back storck so I'll be doing that tomorrow. Better let Sue have a go on the computer! LOVE YOU ALL!!!

VERY SHORT ENTRY

Ok so today I had my first P.E. lesson of swimming. And let me tell you something, the kids in my class suck at swimming. They where blown away when I plopped into the water and then started doing free style. The pool is 50 meters in length and I went up and down there about 10 times, I would’ve gone longer but it took us a long time to get there (we where waiting for the bus for about 10 minutes) and then we only had about half and hour in the pool (even though it was a 2 hour lesson). So I am at home and I have been doing a little hour and am watching N.C.I.S. Boring cause I’ve seen the damn thing a hundred times. So this is just a little update and I will write more tomorrow. OK so I didn’t go bitterly insane when I went to school the first day (although I came some what close). It was boring in a way and I really didn’t feel anything when I got hit in the back of the head by some of the younger students. I was though really happy that it did snow. It covered the entire ground and everyone, including me, had fun sliding on the ice. Luckily I wasn’t the first one to fall over (AMAZING I KNOW!) and 2 of the local idiots did. Me and Cinty watched them fall over (as they tried to tackle another boy), pointed and laughed at them. Then of coarse I tried to run at Jacinta and then ended up on my ass. Well it was actually my stomach and it was funny (one of the local idiots laughed his head off). I learnt a few things in the last week. I was also writing a thing for my Australian homework and I learned what Nerium Oleander is (wow when I typed that I spelt it right!). Nerium Oleander is a plant with white flowers. It’s pure poison. I named a cat in my short story Nerium because she is white. A kitten is called Tommy cause when he was brought home, he fell asleep on a book written by Tom E. Davis. Cute huh? So nothing much else had happened. It did snow (as I have already said) and outside is a desperate attempt of a snowman. I will try and post a picture (photo) next time I am near the Internet. I am having fun in Rosheim and I am doing swimming when I go to school tomorrow. The sun is shinning and the sky is blue. I have been writing a few poems too. But you can all learn about that later. Oh the pure an utter insanity! In 24 more hours I will be in school, waiting to get into the cafeteria. I have been doing a lot of English homework. I like the way it asks my mind to make creative sentences. Has anyone watched N.C.I.S? One of my favourite characters is Abby (like Gabby, mum lol), and she is SO awesome!! She’s like me (or I’m like her) because she wears dark cloths and has loads of black things. BUT! Abby is still happy and is always smiling (except for one occasion when she is very sad when this guy dumps her), like me. I do get upset and I go for a sulk that lasts from 1 hour 3. Mum gave me a call today and I was REALLY happy. Cause I miss her so much and wish she was here with me. I have 51 more days here and then I will be on my way out of France. I miss everyone else too. LOVE YOU ALL!!! On another topic I am finding myself doing to much work (English Links!) and I am ENJOYING it! And on ANOTHER topic I have been remembering how Mum drilled something into my mind (like an idea, not like a nail). It was to be polite when I talked to people like my Mother or Sue (someone important, not that my friends aren’t important!) and I have been listening to Jacinta. GOD she is driving me NUTS! Just the way she talks to her. Sue was in our room and Jacinta said “GET OUT!” and other things like “MUM tell me where the computer is!” The way she talks to her Mother makes me want to SLAP her! If Mum was in the room or I wanted to know where the computer is I would say “Mum I need to get changed can you please go somewhere for a few minutes.” Or “Mum, can you please tell me where the computer is?” So I am pretty polite when it comes to asking for stuff. So I better go and write some more of my story.

January 1^st Thursday 2009

Yay! First day of 2009 and it’s snowed. Although it’s only a thin layer, me and Jacinta where REALLY happy. So far this morning I have put all my books into my word doc for when I go to the Internet. I still haven’t finished reading my DOLLY mag that Mum sent me. Even though I have watched all the N.C.I.S. episodes for season 4, I am watching/listening to them in order again. So to all of my family who read this HAPPY NEW YEAR!!! LOVE YOU ALL. France has been loads of fun (so far) and school is in 3 more days (NOOOOOOO). I think my Mum’s put up my school schedule for week A. So everyone can look at that when they want to. Last night the local knuckle head teenagers decided that they HAD to celebrate New Years. So till 12 p.m. there was nothing but huge bangs and little ones. Me and Jacinta will send some post cards out when we go for a walk (which should be pretty soon). So about the DOLLY mag.
